HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST AND WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?
There are no upfront or out of pocket costs to the client. We are paid just like any other real estate agent through the seller proceeds when escrow closes. We do not request any deposits or fees from the seller directly. Any additional Concierge Real Estate Services requested by the client, such as the moving company and clutter reduction, home repair or estate sales, can be paid upon agreement.
HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVICES?
We offer a variety of services to assist in the moving process but none of them are required for the client to use. The client can use as many or as few services as they would like. We will create a plan that is catered to the mover's specific needs and wishes. We are here to help with the move as much or as little as you wish.
HOW ARE YOUR SERVICES DIFFERENT FROM OTHER REAL ESTATE COMPANIES?
We are committed to helping people moving and their families with every aspect of their move. We are unique in that we offer additional services throughout the transaction to assist in the process of transitioning. Our team is compassionate and experienced professionals whose mission is to provide support in the issues that arise when selling a home, or making a move.
A Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) is a Realtor who is especially trained to assist seniors in the sale of their home and the purchase of new real estate. A Realtor with the SRES designation is awarded the credential only when completing an educational course on how to help seniors specifically navigate the complex process of buying or selling a home. They are uniquely equipped with the experience, knowledge and compassion in assisting seniors with this process and will take the time and care needed to ensure that both the senior and family are comfortable throughout the transition.
DO WE HAVE TO USE EVERY SERVICE THAT YOU OFFER?

CAN YOU HELP ME CLEAN OUT & PREPARE MY PARENTS HOUSE FOR SALE?
Absolutely! This is one of our specialties. We are able to completely clean, clean out and repair any items that need addressed before a sale.
