The core concept that led to the creation of the American Relocator came about through years of serving the Central Iowa & surrounding markets. We took pride in being successful realtors with a solid history of satisfied clients.
We are Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES), and experts with the kind of experience and inside knowledge that benefits even the most discerning clients. As more and more Baby Boomers began to retire and downsize, we could see that some of our clients needed more than real estate expertise, they needed some patience and compassion and a helping hand that extended beyond buying and selling properties. In our experience, and by request, we found our services can be used by any age group in need of these types of services.

We could see that there was a real value in the types of extra services that we were regularly facilitating to our clients. The Concierge Real Estate Services idea took form as we engaged different service partners that had impressed us by being efficient and trustworthy. We built up a comprehensive choice of service options that was scalable up or down, per our clients’ requirements, and would go beyond anything else available in the real estate market.

Created more as a way to ease the buying, selling and moving process for our senior clients than as a profit generator, it is important for us to keep the costs low.
